It is hard to put the visuals out there that are in this video, but after 20 years and no arrest or proper investigation, it is time for the public to see what actually happened.
It by NO means was a accident. Jason was tortured, he was placed in that road by individuals who tried to make it look like he was run over and that was the cause of death…, when in fact not all of the injuries were done by the car that ran him over, he was MURDERED and then placed in that road…. He was tortured, castrated and then placed in the road to bleed to death..
Our intent at this point and time is to have this case active again with the LE that is supposed to be involved, but are not… Do they fear the perts too or is it that they just don’t want JUSTICE FOR JASON..? We don’t know the answer to this question either because Jason’s case has NEVER been in the media… LE has made not contact with the family…
Investigators told the family when this happened that no autopsy was needed because it was only a accident , but 10 years after this happened, photos of Jason after death in the morgue were obtained through The Freedom of Information Act and included in this video are just a couple of those photos.. THIS CLEARLY IS NOT A ACCIDENT, BUT A MURDER!!! He was castrated, tortured at another location and brought to this roadway alive and then ran over by the vehicle after he bled to death.. A staged Homicide!
A HOMICIDE STAGED TO LOOK LIKE A ACCIDENT!
Jason was killed on August 21, 1991 after attending a friends party in Fayette County Indiana, near the Fayette, Franklin and Rush county lines (Laurel Indiana)
Alot of people witnessed his death,and got scared, and are even too scared today, to talk about it.
Jason was tortured. His assailants decided to castrate him successfully! If just one person would have stepped Jason up to the plate and called for help, even though Jason was bleeding to death from the castration, he might have lived. When Jason passed out from the pain of the castration they all thought he was already dead, but he wasn’t,so they decided they had to get rid of his dead body somehow, so they staged a cover up!
They placed his body in the middle of the road, then they went and got their own car and one person steered the driver so that one of the tires would run right in between my legs, they had already had his legs spread eagle, and they slowly run this car in between his legs and over his chest cavity which instantly crushed his chest, and to the right of his head. He went fast and easy after that. But it’s been 20 years now!
They ruled Jason’s death an accidental death and said the car killed him when it run over him. Law Enforcement even took statements from 4 of the people involved in his death back at the party, and they just believe these four people about the car hitting a person laying in the middle of the road! Without speaking to his family and investigating their side of the story.
Jason’s family could have informed the crime scene investigator that the 4 people who he was believing, was also at the same party Jason was at.
Jason’s family believes that the Law Enforcer at the crime scene, was related to someone at that party that night, and he could have possibly been protecting his own family member as well.

This is horrific. I know the pain of not having any justice. My mom was murdered also, but the police deemed it an “accident”. It was NO accident, she was brutally drowned, and left floating in the lake. Who does that kind of thing? My mom was 70, and wouldn’t have hurt a fly.
Tomi, I’ve followed this case for many years and have personally called the Captain listed as a contact with no success. I believe that there may be a new Superintendent of the Indiana State Police. Have you tried to call recently? Have you tried to email Ann Rule? If you know of her as an author, I do know that she has taken on unsolved cases and would perhaps have tools or insights that may help in this case. I plan to go to her FB page and privately email her with the address of this page. Fayette, Franklin and Rush counties have too many unsolved missing and murdered cases over the years. I’m no one special. Just a mother who would never rest and go to my death bed trying to find out if I were in the tragic shoes you and your family have been. God bless all of you.
I hope they catch who ever committed this crime n u can hide from law here but u have to face God on judgement day. I am so sorry for your loss and for the pain of not having justice for Jason. This is a horrific crime and it made me sick to my stomach. My heart goes out to all of you. Surely, someone will talk sometime and give Jason the justice he so richly deserves. May God grant you comfort and peace and may He lay a heavy burden on the people that did this until they talk!

I would rather face this now rather than waiting until the afterlife and have to face God with blood on your hands…it is time…to speak up..tell the truth..own what you did…and seek God’s forgiveness. This has been too long and this family has suffered enough. Someone knows and the right thing to do is tell the truth..I am praying that God will deal with whoever did this and you become so miserable that it would result in a confession.
I am so heart broken for the family of this young man. I hope and Pray these people are caught. I can’t believe they are able to go on and live their lives after what they have done. I can’t imagine them having children of their own and being able to look at them and think about what they did to someone else’s child. They are too dangerous to be around any children. I hope they are eaten up with guilt inside and never find peace!

my heart goes out to this family and i pray to god that who ever saw some thing or knows any thing comes forward. how can you not he was a child and children are to be protected but if they have done some thing this horrable and unforgivable then they too should face up to their wrong doing. this young man deserves justice and his family deserves closure. im ama mother of four kids and i know the pain of loosing a baby but i could never begin to even handle any thing like of this calaber.

I can’t believe the police department didn’t do a little more investigating this was such a horrible murder and people got off with it out living their lives like they done nothing wrong, but they will pay for it in the end. keep going on with your message maybe someone will break and tell what happened keep prayin

Tomi~ A couple of suggestions here. You may have already done all or some of these.
1) Take this to the news media. I would target Indianapolis news media as well as your local news. This includes newspaper reporters as well as TV news.
2) Ask the prosecutor in your county to reopen the case.
3) Ask your county coroner to reopen the case.
4) Google unsolved crimes. There are web sites that help people with unsolved crimes.
5) Hire an attorney and/or a Private Investigator. A private investigator can find out a TON of info that you can take to the police and/or prosecutor.
6) Hold a fund raiser to raise money to help pay for costs. Or search the internet for an attorney/P.I that will do it pro bono. They are out there! Someone should be able to help you.
I’m so sorry for your pain. I hope someday there is a way for closure.
Oh my GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is horrific! I am so heartbroken for your family. As a mother, I do not want to ever imagine the extent of this pain. I will pray on my knees that this sick cruel injustice to an amazing young man does not go unresolved. This is so obviously not an accident. This is a sick calculated evil murder. Only the sickest of people could cover this up. if the “good ole boy” system was in place and a cop covered for a friend, that cop needs serious justice too. I am so sorry for your pain. Just know 100% that precious son of yours has his smile back and he is in a beautiful place called Heaven. There will never be a time when he has to see the people who hurt him again because they will be roasting in the hottest part of Hell.

I hope you find the justice he deserves … I know how it feels to have someone killed and then nothing .. no justice for our family when our 8 year old cousin was shot in the face by an uncle’s step son … the mean bastard still walks free today…. Ilive in the UK and a freind sent me this link via facebook to say what happened was a hit and run is beyond belive my heart gose out to faimly and the people resbosible and those that stod by and did nothing should be In jail this reprohesible not just on the whitness part but on the part of authorities for trying to bury what realy happened if there is anything i hope the whitness eventualy see the right thing to do and not back down to intimidation

These horror stories are far too common all across this nation. Case after case lays unsolved for years and years. Why? What is going on in the police training academies across this nation? Who is teaching our future officers how to investigate a crime? Why are there no superiors to check the results of said ‘investigations,’ and make sure the pieces fit the crime? We have more technology today than ever before in history, and by far more police than ever before, and yet, the unsolved cases pile ever higher. Why?

one question i have: did LE identify the car & driver that ran over Jason?
the massive injury site being focused on the groin area does not look consistant with someone being run over. I would expect to see head to toe injuries if Jason was hit like they claim he was. and that area looks like it’s in the middle of nowhere! how far was it from the party? it doesnt make sense that Jason would be out in the middle of the road!
20 years ago I tried to get LE to hear me out, they wouldn’t. I need help! I want each and everyone of them who with held information to see this Video so can see what they did was wrong and in my book they are just as guilty as the one who did this to Jason. No child or adult or family should have to endure what Jason did. I have sacrificed my whole life and family to get to the bottom of what happened night.
